So this week has been crazy with school and stuff, but so far I haven’t gone off track as far as nutrition, and have worked out everyday. Today I had turkey burgers for lunch and dinner (just turkey in the burger, they are kind of bland, and were my first shot at turkey burgers, but they turned out okay). I also had an avocado with my lunch. And for a late snack before the gym, I had a bowl of unfrosted mini wheats and soy milk. Yesterday I just did some arm workouts with some dumbbells at my apartment and ab work, the day before that was a break day because school didn’t get out until really late. Then Sunday was chest, which felt awesome after such a long break. Now today it’s off to do legs and abs again. I’ll probably post progress pics on Friday, but we’ll see. That tends to never happen.
Keep on keepin’ on.
I’ve come to the conclusion that being Christian and “praying” for something, then, when it happens, rewarding the person that successfully did what they prayed for by saying “I’ve been praying about this. You’ve done God’s work” takes away all the point of human betterment. Your prayers were not answered by by God. They were answered by a human. And s/he didn’t hear them, they just found it necessary to get off their ass and actually help someone. It’s a statement of being human, and religion has perverted it.

Alright so I fell of the wagon for a bit with school and what not,but got back on the right track today.
Breakfast-
2 eggs, one avocado, oatmeal. and not the instant oatmeal, the shitty all natural oatmeal. Also had a diet snapple.
lunch - had a peanut butter and jelly. all natural peanut butter, which is really weird, and sugar free jelly.
Dinner - Ground Turkey, whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter, and a serving of corn. All good stuff
Post Workout - Protein Shake
Workout-
100 floors on the stair master in 20 minutes, burning 250 calories, and then abs later tonight. Tomorrow will be chest and arms. I’m looking forward to working those again.
