So this shall be one more outlet for my creative mind to vent my thoughts without fear of being judged. Or at least not the knowledge of it. So my name is Tanner, I'm currently spending every waking moment of my life learning how to build and design airplanes, and if I'm not doing that, I'm working at a wind tunnel to learn even more about them. Hence the URL. I'm a pretty awesome nerd, but I don't show it very well until you get to know me. Now it's time to try to figure out how to work this dang thing....

So this week has been crazy with school and stuff, but so far I haven’t gone off track as far as nutrition, and have worked out everyday. Today I had turkey burgers for lunch and dinner (just turkey in the burger, they are kind of bland, and were my first shot at turkey burgers, but they turned out okay). I also had an avocado with my lunch. And for a late snack before the gym, I had a bowl of unfrosted mini wheats and soy milk. Yesterday I just did some arm workouts with some dumbbells at my apartment and ab work, the day before that was a break day because school didn’t get out until really late. Then Sunday was chest, which felt awesome after such a long break. Now today it’s off to do legs and abs again. I’ll probably post progress pics on Friday, but we’ll see. That tends to never happen.

Keep on keepin’ on.

Alright so I fell of the wagon for a bit with school and what not,but got back on the right track today.

Breakfast-

2 eggs, one avocado, oatmeal. and not the instant oatmeal, the shitty all natural oatmeal. Also had a diet snapple.

lunch - had a peanut butter and jelly. all natural peanut butter, which is really weird, and sugar free jelly.

Dinner - Ground Turkey, whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter, and a serving of corn. All good stuff

Post Workout - Protein Shake

Workout-

100 floors on the stair master in 20 minutes, burning 250 calories, and then abs later tonight. Tomorrow will be chest and arms. I’m looking forward to working those again.

So today was pretty uneventful. Started off the day at 6:30 for work, went to Dynamics, found out I got a 91 on my exam, and with that news decided to skip Thermo and play Skyrim for like 5 hours. Anyways, here’s how the meal plan panned out.

BREAKFAST: Bowl of Special K protein again, with the same soy milk

MORNING SNACK: Skipped this, forgot to pack one (I’m getting bad at that)

LUNCH: Tuna, mushrooms, and toast.

AFTERNOON SNACK: Cottage Cheese and Skyrim

DINNER: Tried out some chocolate protein pancakes, which were…. alright, and had some boca sausage and the left over roast peppers from last night. A little brinner action

POST WORKOUT: Protein Shake

The workout today was back, I mispoke yesterday.

-Wide grip pull downs

-Narrow grip pull downs

-Seated cable rows

-One arm dumbbell rows

We had to use the shitty Zone gym, so not the most ideal situation, but it sufficed.

Yep, it’s still going on. I missed breakfast today (decided to sleep in), but I managed to get in all my other meals.

BREAKFAST

- slept instead

MORNING SNACK

- slept past that too

LUNCH

- tuna, with mushrooms and double fiber bread toast

AFTERNOON SNACK

- Cheese stick and 1/4 cup of rice. Rice with chili powder is awesome

DINNER

- roasted peppers (again) with ground pork (again ) and rice (again). Same as yesterday.

LATE SNACK

- protein pudding. Jenny found the recipe and it’s actually not that bad for having like no sugar and hardly any carbs. It’s no snack pack but I can deal. I also had another cheese stick.

We took today as the rest day, so that means that we get shoulders tomorrow and Saturday and Sunday will be a workout day too. I’m also having cheese withdrawals. Cottage cheese isn’t cutting it anymore, although I do love me some cottage cheese. On a side note, I’m super white.

Working was all good, but I think it’s time to add a nutritional part to it. As good as fast food is, I’m sure my digestive system would appreciate it if I gave it a little reprieve. And I suppose I can start giving updates here. Any tips is also appreciated. I think I’ll also start updating on what I ate, what I did at the gym and progress pics to try and keep myself honest.

The internet is probably not the best judge, but at least they’ll be honest.

Alrighty! Game on.
